We are seeking strong, effective and dynamic people who have the ability to relate to young people at primary and secondary levels.
You must have a background in supporting pupils who can sometimes display challenging behaviours and often need extra support due to social, emotional and mental health issues.
In order to work in this field you must be committed, thick skinned and resilient in order offer pupils the support and consistency that they need to progress on their learning journey.
If you have had experience of working in youth offending teams, pupil referral units, secure units or any settings where those you have worked with can have volatile behaviour we would be very interested in speaking to you.
We currently have a number of schools across the West Yorkshire area who are keen to have high quality support staff willing to commit to pupils who simply need someone who cares enough to help them progress.
