Job summary Transformation and Improvement Lead - Unplanned Care Band 8C, Full Time, Permanent The Transformation and Improvement Lead is a key senior post supporting the Executive and Director of Transformation in the development and delivery of the Trust's transformation agenda. The post will be pivotal in shaping and delivering a wide range of transformation projects and in driving productivity and value for money within the Trust. The post holder will take the lead on one or more Transformation programmes, assist senior managers in the identification of productivity/performance opportunity, design and implement rapid improvement workshops. The Transformation and Improvement Lead for Urgent and Emergency Care is responsible for leading strategic transformation initiatives to optimise patient flow and improve the delivery of urgent and emergency care services across the acute hospital. The postholder will be responsible for the overall management and governance of the rapid improvement element of the transformation agenda.
