Key Accountabilities Be part of the "Safety First" culture, ensuring safe working practices are role modelled. Ensure full compliance with statutory responsibilities for health surveillance. Carry out pre-employment health screening for new joiners to ensure fitness for work within the scope of relevant legislation and framework for best practice. Work closely with HR and line managers in relation to absence and ill-health case management and capability matters. Leading Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives. Helping implement our Wellbeing Plan with engaging health education activities, including Know Your Numbers checks. The Right Person A valid NMC RGN registration.
