We are now looking for an Admissions Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 8:30am – 5:30pm during term time and 9am – 4pm during school holidays, with occasional Saturdays during term time to support open days and tours for prospective pupils and parents.

The Role
As an Admissions Co-ordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for UK admissions at our Senior School, providing vital support to prospective parents and managing a smooth and efficient admissions process.
Specifically, you will liaise with families, oversee pupil entry lists, and organise tours and in-school events, such as Open Days and Scholarship Days, ensuring all prospective pupils and their families experience exceptional service throughout their admissions journey.
Additionally, you will:
- Support overseas admissions
- Maintain accurate pupil records in line with standards and regulations
- Manage scholarship applications and testing processes under the supervision of the Deputy Head Academic
- Provide regular pupil recruitment information and forecasts for school leadership
- Contribute to developing an effective pupil recruitment strategy and co-ordinate recruitment activities with the Marketing team
About You
To be considered as an Admissions Co-ordinator, you will need:
- A proven track record of strong customer relationship management
- Strong administrative skills with experience managing databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident interpersonal skills, with a welcoming attitude toward parents, pupils, and colleagues
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in IT skills and an understanding of the independent education sector
