Accountabilities
1. Design and develop engaging learning content for digital platforms and in-person practical sessions.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
3. Review and update existing content to maintain its effectiveness and relevance.
4. Work closely with the Learning and Development team to align content with organisational goals.
5. Use T&D BP feedback to create content to support the build of comprehensive learner journeys tailored to specific pub team job roles, ensuring that each journey addresses the unique needs and skills required for those roles.
6. Develop inspiring training modules that cover various aspects of pub operations
7. Incorporate real-world scenarios and practical exercises into the learning content to provide hands-on experience.
8. Utilise data and feedback to continuously improve and refine learning materials.
