What will you be doing? As our QAHSE Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our health, safety, and quality standards in welding and fabrication environments. You’ll lead by example, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and driving quality improvements across the workshop and on-site projects. Whether conducting safety inspections, overseeing risk assessments, troubleshooting equipment issues, or ensuring compliance with fabrication standards like EN 1090, your role will be pivotal in safeguarding our people and maintaining excellence. No two days will be the same as you help foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety management. What we’re looking for? We are looking for someone who displays strong leadership, has an eye for detail and has exceptional organisational skills. You should be an effective decision maker and have the ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with others across the organisation. Skills and knowledge that will help you in the role: Working knowledge of QHSE Legislation, standards and guidelines, specifically ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001. NEBOSH/ IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Experience in auditing Flexible, with the ability to prioritise work. Good communication - high level of interpersonal and Confident with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels. The ability to pass BPSS and SC is required for this role.
