Group Sales Support Assistant
Swansea
Up to £26,000 per annum basic + annual bonus
Monday - Friday, 8:45 - 17:15
Acorn by Synergie is working with a client in the Health, Beauty and Wellness industry who are seeking a fun and friendly individual to join their well established commercial team as a Group Sales Support Assistant.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to give customers a first class service, whilst the client will provide full training and the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process customer orders in a timely manner with a 'right first time' mentality.
2. Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
3. Resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
5. Liaise with other departments to provide a seamless service.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, especially at 'month end'.
7. Work towards departmental KPI's.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
4. Experience in SAGE is desired.
5. Ability to work as part of a team.
6. Highly organised.
7. Flexible to work additional hours as required.
8. Strong administration skills.
