We are looking for a female support practitioner to join our team in Stirling. Driving is preferable but not essential.

Our Stirling Visiting Service provides support to adults living with a variety of challenges in their own home, including Mental Ill-health, Learning Disability, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Sight Loss, and more. Understanding the role
These roles will involve different aspects of supporting people, including:
* Social Support to ensure people have a valued role in their community
* Medication Support to keep people safe with their prescribed medication
* Personal Care to assist people to maintain their wellbeing, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, peg feeding, stoma care, and arranging visits with the dentist/doctor
* Practical Support to help people maintain their tenancy by encouraging and assisting with daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
