Description We are currently seeking an Enhancement Support Co-ordinator who will provide support to Teaching Expertise Development (TED) by carrying out day to day operational tasks and duties, following processes and workflows relating to Educational Partners. This includes supporting academic enhancement initiatives, projects and events and ensuring the appropriate onboarding of staff to BSU systems and the delivery of appropriate training. (This is a part -time 0.5 role) About the Role The Enhancement Support Co-Ordinator will work closely with the Academic Enhancement Lead (Educational Partnerships) in the Teaching Expertise Development team to provide systematic support to Bath Spa University’s educational partner organisations around academic process, teaching and learning. This is required for smooth function educational partnerships, to ensure high-quality student experience, and for compliance with university operational expectations and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll coordinate onboarding activities, organise workshops, schedule programme development meetings, and provide administrative support for academic enhancement initiatives. You’ll maintain key resources, including SharePoint sites, and offer advice to partners on professional development opportunities. Your organisational skills will also contribute to the success of partnership meetings and enhancement activities. About You You’ll bring strong administrative skills, effective time management, and excellent communication abilities to support colleagues and maintain smooth operations. You’ll thrive in a team environment, build positive relationships, and work independently to plan and prioritise tasks effectively. With a positive attitude and IT proficiency, you’ll be ready to undertake training and grow in your role, whilst being detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to support academic initiatives.
