MOBILE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Here at Wates, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our Facilities Management mobile team supporting our client JLL and working on sites mainly around Maidenhead / Windsor, but still could be asked to work on sites around the M25.
The main objective is for you to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to electrical and mechanical plant, including Reactive Maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Building Services.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:
1. Knowledge of electrical and building services maintenance
2. Previous FM experience managing multiple sites
3. Strong electrical experience
4. Electrical qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds and must have 18th Edition
5. Good knowledge of a plant room and day to day building maintenance
Key Accountabilities will include:
1. Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of the legislation and contractual obligations
2. Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real time job updates, and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on works delivered
3. To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests associated with the electrical / mechanical systems
4. To respond to call outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with the electrical services aspects of the contract as required.
