Based on continuous growth, our adult social care and primary care recruitment division is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who will establish themselves as the ‘go-to’ person nationally for all healthcare sector recruitment opportunities.
You will be sourcing the best candidates and building strong, professional relationships with Adult Social Care services, NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals and Clinics, GP Surgeries, etc across the UK, supporting them with the hiring of skilled healthcare management professionals in this highly competitive market.
You may be a highly successful Consultant already, or a HR Advisor/Associate looking for a more commercial role, either way we’re looking for a high calibre individual who is tenacious about finding the best candidates possible, passionate about providing the best customer service and understands the industry's current challenges; a truly ambitious professional.
Based out of brand new offices in central Manchester we can offer a warm desk of waiting jobs to fill, the best CRM systems to automate your role, a fantastic hard working team of professionals and of course, a market leading commission scheme for high earners.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop and maintain successful working relationships with clients and candidates within the healthcare sector, providing a professional and high-quality service at all times.
* A full 360 role - taking ownership of the relationship process from introduction to offer stage and onwards.
* Work with the clients to truly understand their situation – the why and the who; providing appropriately matched candidates of the highest calibre.
* Screen and interview candidates for each live project building a solid database of healthcare management and clinical professionals.
* Work closely with our internal marketing team to produce effective tone of voice marketing communications via email and social media channels.
Experience and skill sets:
* Extensive healthcare sector experience in a recruitment/HR role.
* Target focused with a commercial mindset and a successful track record of billings year on year.
* Articulate and professional with excellent organisational skills able to take responsibility for your own productivity and workload.
* Experience of working with remote teams and various types of adult social care and primary care clients.
* Energy, tenacity, and passion.
