The role consists of building an active inbound and outbound outreach process, along with marketing support, to nurture and drive leads and meetings set for our Sales team. This role is a fundamental part of the sales organisation, and is the start of a growing career in sales, marketing or account management at IDX, offering a highly-motivated, intellectually-curious problem solvers personal growth and a financial rewarding program. What You'll Be Doing Outbound prospecting to potential clients, utilising internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator Identifying decision makers in strategic accounts through creative research, leveraging personas Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their needs and identify how we can help Manage outbound email campaigns (sequence prospecting, setup, response, reporting, optimization) Collaborate with our in-house HubSpot Marketing & Sales team for platform updates and enhancements Collaborate with our in-house digital marketing teams to manage and execute ID digital marketing projects Participating in sales and marketing team meetings and contribute valuable ideas Work towards monthly targets in line with personal and team goals Work with Sales team to present IDX’s services and products to potential clients About You Previous sales development experience in a B2B environment Comfortable making cold calls and written introductions up to C-Level A positive, can-do attitude, gritty and resilient Exceptional communication skills Strong organisational, problem solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently to meet goals Ability to work collaboratively About Us IDX isn't your average communications company.
