JB370: Warranty Support Administrator
Salary: £24,000 per annum (Increasing to £25,077 after 3 months)
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Warranty Support Administrator on behalf of one of our clients. To support the Warranty Team in the day-to-day running of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Warranty Support Administrator:
1. To organise warranty parts returns across all depots and actively partake in the returns process.
2. To submit warranty claims for 2 depots.
3. To chase up engineers for paperwork and photos.
4. To monitor and process additional claim requirements via email.
5. Updating warranty dates and policy authorisations on internal system.
6. To monitor and process the status of new and outstanding (FSI) safety recalls.
7. Provide bi-monthly scrap lists to the Parts Departments.
8. Liaise with engineers to ensure information is provided in a timely manner to assist other Administrators.
9. To provide holiday cover of the depots for the Warranty Administrators.
10. Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure claims are processed on a timely basis.
11. Ensure all paperwork is tied up efficiently and effectively.
12. Answer all communication in a prompt and thorough manner where applicable.
Skills and Qualifications for the Warranty Support Administrator:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Effective team player.
3. Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure.
4. The ability to provide high levels of customer care.
5. Willingness to help both internal and external customers.
6. Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude.
7. IT Proficient.
