Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for two experienced Customer Service Coordinators to join their ever-expanding team.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Coordinator
1. Process sales orders and maintain order data
2. Handle customer enquiries from order to delivery
3. Advise customers of order status, changes and supply issues
4. Liaise and interact with other departments to ensure effective order progression
5. Effective problem resolution
6. Accurate customer feedback
7. Perform customer verifications
8. Perform general office duties and project work as required
Requirements Of The Customer Service Coordinator
1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
3. A strong customer service approach
4. A committed team player
5. A confident user of standard MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
6. Familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
7. A proactive approach to work and problems
