We've an established track record for building quality homes and investing in our local communities. We're excited to recruit an Onboarding Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract. What you'll be doing You’ll deliver an outstanding onboarding service to our customers, leaving lasting first impressions and setting customers up to have successful tenancies. You'll co-ordinate all work associated with customers moving in and out as well as changes to tenancy holders including new lettings, mutual exchanges and managing our empty home processes. More about you. What can you bring? You’ll hold an NVQ Level 2 in either Business Administration or Customer Care or similar, or be qualified by experience. You'll have experience of working in a busy customer service environment and experience of managing and letting properties within private or public sector housing. You'll be confident working with GDPR legislation and be aware of data protection protocols. You'll have knowledge of property/housing management, basic understanding of Welfare and Housing Benefits, and ideally you'll have knowledge of Keystone Asset Management systems including Servicing module (KSI) and MRI housing management systems. When and where you'll be doing it You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £36,150 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
