Full Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Manager based in Edinburgh to help us execute high-impact marketing initiatives across social media, content, partnerships, and analytics. This is a hands-on, early-career role ideal for someone with exceptional academic credentials, a top-tier work ethic, and a hunger to learn fast by doing.
You’ll work directly with the Marketing Lead to deliver projects that drive user engagement, brand growth, and pipeline momentum. We’re not looking for a specialist—we’re looking for a generalist who’s curious, organized, numbers-savvy, and wants to make stuff happen.
What you’ll do
* Manage and execute content, social, and campaign initiatives week to week
* Track KPIs and marketing performance, surfacing insights and reporting on progress
* Coordinate webinars, partnerships, and launches end to end
* Work closely with leadership across growth, product, and operations to keep momentum high
* Keep things moving. You’ll be the glue across projects, timelines, and comms.
We’re looking for someone who
* Has 2–4 years experience in marketing, consulting, VC, or high-growth startups
* Brings a stellar academic background (top university, strong analytical/quantitative tilt)
* Has grit, hustle, and attention to detail in equal measure
* Can learn tools quickly (bonus if already familiar with GA, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools)
* Loves working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift fast and learning never stops
