NLB Solutions are assisting a large Head Office in Watford to recruit a Group Payroll Manager. The company is looking for candidates who have worked in a similar role previously, with a hands-on approach and experience of UK payroll processing across multiple locations for both hourly-paid and salaried staff, approximately 2500 employees. The ideal candidate will have managed a team previously, be motivated, and ensure KPI's and SLA's are adhered to.

Duties:
1. Experience of UK payroll processing across multiple locations for both hourly-paid and salaried staff.
2. Attention to detail and desire to follow issues through to resolution.
3. Excellent communicator, building relationships with senior stakeholders.
4. A self-starter with a strong desire for personal development.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality, whilst being a real team player across Finance and HR.
6. Understanding of UK Tax, NIC, and Pension Auto-Enrolment.
Person Specification:
1. Payroll qualification preferred but not essential.
2. 5 plus years payroll experience.
3. Experience of managing teams in a similar role is desirable.
4. Excellent Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables).
