Salesforce Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a background in Salesforce MarTech and Managed Services Support models as well as domain expertise in Comms, Media, Technology. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of the Salesforce managed service model and driving outcomes and managing team across UK and India.
This role requires hybrid working from the office which is based in London.
In this role, you can expect to:
* Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure high-quality outcomes.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
* Assess client and stakeholder feedback and use your knowledge to establish and improve services, provide robust monthly reporting.
* Lead the service delivery team and ensuring processes and tasks are followed.
* Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Drive the development and agreement of SLA's for new services being delivered and Monitor/manage ongoing SLA and KPI performance, identify and implement improvements, as required.
* Complete operational review with stakeholders and clients in relation to the end-to-end service performance.
* Assist with future project roadmap planning and ad-hoc client requirements to support client stakeholder (current and new) relationships.
* Run weekly and monthly Governance meetings.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
* Assess and mitigate Risks in the Service Delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Experience in a Delivery Manager role with experience in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
* Have a proven track record of managing and optimizing service delivery processes.
* Show proficiency in CRM / Salesforce/ MarTech.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Showcase the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
