Assure Personnel are currently supporting a Risk Management Services based in Witham, to recruit for a Business Compliance Auditor. Main Purpose of Job: Co-ordinating and conducting internal audits of the company's management system, policies, & processes as required, ensuring the timely and effective implementation of corrective actions where they are identified by the system. Main Duties: Conduct and oversee internal audits to ensure compliance and consistency. Audit Building Safety Case Reports and ensure proper documentation. Develop, allocate, and maintain an effective audit plan. Advise and support staff on compliance with relevant standards. Maintain knowledge of management systems and compliance requirements. Promote company-wide awareness through training and support. Develop and update policies and processes as needed. Implement and verify corrective actions promptly. Requirements for the Role: Qualified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, with experience as a Business Compliance Auditor or similar role. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
