Job Title: Plumber/Multi trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Petersfield
Pay: £23 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Plumber/Multi trader to work on their maintenance contracts in Petersfield and surrounding. Van and fuel card included.
Duties:
* Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.
* Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
* Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations
* Ensure work is completed on time
* To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for job repairs
* Available to cover out of hours emergency call outs in accordance with the Rota.
* Complete and maintain paperwork accurately
Requirements:
* Wide variety of Multi Trade experience
* Strong Plumbing skills
* Social housing/High volume works experience
* UK Driving licence
