Awen Trading Ltd is the commercial arm and wholly owned subsidiary of Awen Cultural Trust, a registered charity based in South Wales. Our purpose is to make people’s lives better.
We are recruiting a Café Supervisor at Bryngarw Country Park.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include supervising the smooth and efficient operational management of the café, providing excellent customer service, and maximising revenue. The café supervisor will lead by example, ensure food safety management systems are adhered to, and effectively roster staff.
Successful applicants will be resourceful, flexible, and have a positive and motivational approach to support colleagues. They will work well in a busy environment and be able to manage multiple priorities while setting a high standard of performance to meet customer expectations.
This role requires keyholding responsibilities.
