Salary: Up to £100,000 + Double OTE
The Role
As an Industry Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex, high-value sales opportunities. Your focus will be on creating value-driven solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with clients in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of ERP, CRM, and related applications into the legal sector.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Engage and influence key decision-makers within prospective and existing accounts.
* Present tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable business value.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans, fostering regular engagement with key stakeholders.

* Proven experience selling ERP, CRM, or related applications into the legal sector.
* A consultative sales approach with the ability to manage complex, high-value opportunities.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

* Adaptable, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired:
* Experience selling Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft solutions is beneficial but not essential.
* A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the legal sector.
