O'Donnell Moonshine is on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join our sales team and play a key role in our ambitious growth plans in 2025.

Using only the highest quality ingredients, we honour tradition by bottling our products in authentic Mason Jars. The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales strategy, driving account growth and opening new opportunities across the off-trade sector. You’ll identify and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and close deals with new and existing customers. We’re looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and authentic individual who’s ready to grow with an exciting and unconventional brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing retailers.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
* Collaborate with marketing to create tailored promotions and brand activations.
* Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring a high level of service.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the drinks, spirits, or FMCG sector.
* A self-starter with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for achieving results.
* Enthusiasm for the drinks industry and an affinity for O’Donnell’s rebellious brand identity.
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full UK driving license required, as travel to client sites will be essential.
