Committed to circular economy and sustainability, Tarkett UK&IE are looking to strengthen their Commercial Marketing Team with the addition of a Home Segment Marketing Manager.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role to be based in Ashford, Kent, for a Segment Marketing Manager who will not only look after the Home segment but also three key product categories - LVT, Wood and Broadloom Carpet and Rugs. The Segment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, managing marketing communications, and crafting marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, campaign planning, coordination with sales teams, and implementing marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
1. Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Strategy
2. Proficiency in Sales, Marketing Communications, and Marketing Management
3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
6. Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus but not a requirement
7. 10 years marketing experience
