Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and activities. Support students in overcoming challenges, both academically and socially. Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and families to ensure consistent support. Promote the physical and emotional well-being of students at all times. Requirements: As a Disability Support Worker, you should have: Experience working with individuals with disabilities or additional needs (preferred). A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting children and young people. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
