As part of their continued growth, we are now recruiting two full-time Patient Care Specialists to support the expanding operations - one based in Derry and one in Belfast. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to play a key role in a dynamic, patient-focused organisation. You'll be supporting patients with complex respiratory needs, working closely with clinicians across hospital and community settings. What's On Offer: £42,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus (individual & company) 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 working hours Expensed company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone Private Healthcare and Employee Assistance Programme Pension plan and TravelSaver scheme Extensive training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Set-up and installation of homecare respiratory devices including CPAP, NIV, Invasive Ventilation, and Cough Assist in patient homes and hospital settings Manage clinic and home installations, patient training, and ongoing compliance monitoring Conduct follow-up via calls and home visits, and relay feedback to prescribing centres Deliver clinical training and support educational workshops across all Trusts Attend relevant respiratory conferences and professional meetings Provide cross-border support to respiratory services in Donegal You'll work closely with patients, families, and a wide range of healthcare professionals including Consultants, Respiratory and Sleep Teams, Specialist Nurses, Physiotherapists, Biomedical teams, and Procurement Officers.
