We are recruiting for a fantastic Primary School and Nursery and have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Classroom Teacher with a vision for exceptional education to join their Key Stage 1 team as Year 1 Teacher.
They are looking to appoint a candidate with a proven track record of raising educational standards and inspirational teaching and learning in Key Stage 1, alongside a commitment to engage positively with pupils, staff, and the local community.

Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 1 students
* Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
* Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching Year 1 students in a primary school setting
* Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners
* Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices
* Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
