We are recruiting for an experience Revenue Operations Specialist - Salesforce to join our global CRM team. In this role you will be responsible for customer return data analysis and coordinating activities related to quality, failure analysis and product management.
General Responsibilities
1. Arranges the analysis, articulation and presentation of complex data, in order to allow effective and timely management decisions
2. Provides consistent data storage, access and update for all users
3. Communicates with various functions, project families and regions on trends and measurable results
4. Proactively plan for trends and implements training to mitigate repeat events
5. Collaborates with teams to create strategy based in actionable data which aligns with long term vision of a zero-incidence culture
Experience / Qualifications
6. A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
