Now, we’re looking for a PPC Manager who thinks beyond the obvious to join our Growth team and take our paid performance to the next level.
The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, technically sound, and creatively curious PPC Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves experimentation, and enjoys building performance from the ground up.
You’ll be the key player in scaling Smile White’s paid strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full funnel PPC strategy and execution across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
* Use data and analytics to continually optimise campaigns, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS
* Develop, test, and scale creative concepts and ad copy in collaboration with content and design teams
* Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
* Build landing page briefs to improve conversion and support A/B testing
* Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad tech innovations
* Report on performance weekly and monthly with actionable insights and forward-thinking recommendations
* Experiment constantly—new channels, new ideas, new angles
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (in-house or agency)
* Strong understanding of performance metrics and web analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display), Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager
* Creative eye with the ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on performance-driven creative
* Tech-savvy—comfortable with conversion tracking, UTM structuring, pixel/tag management
* Outside-the-box thinker who loves testing and pushing boundaries
* Startup or scale-up experience is a big plus—bonus if you’ve worn multiple hats
* Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, etc.) and basic landing page design principles
* You’re analytical, creative, and thrive when given autonomy and ownership
