You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards. You will be supporting and deputizing for the Head Chef in their absence, alongside managing the service counter and ensuring excellent customer service is provided throughout. To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. A day in the life of a Senior Chef de Partie: Reporting to the Head Chef, working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards. Support and deputise in the Head Chefs absence. This includes placing orders, managing staff and the overall hospitality service. Preparing food for dining facilities and hospitality events, alongside managing the food service counter. Assisting the Head Chef with post-analysis and ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed. Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks. Undertaking relevant training as required. You will be set up for success if you have: Relevant culinary qualification. Are organised and an excellent team player Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning). Excellent team player and communicator. DBS and security checks required.
