Key duties include:
* Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, providing tailored logistics solutions to clients
* Key Account Management
* Providing prompt and precise daily sales and pricing quotations globally
* Negotiating and closing leads into bookings
* Financial checks, processing credit applications
* Building new accounts and onboarding new customers
* Forecasting future volumes
Candidates must have a demonstrable track record as an Inside Sales Coordinator in the shipping, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain sectors, be results orientated and used to working to deadlines.
With a strong customer focus, you will have great communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
