The National Wealth Fund are currently recruiting for a Communications and Engagement Co Ordinator to join our Leeds office on a full time bases. Location : Leeds - 3 days a week in the office. Purpose of the role: As a Comms and Engagement Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of NWF. You'll be at the forefront of supporting dynamic events and communications that align with our stakeholder management plan. Your efforts will not only protect and enhance NWF's reputation but also drive our strategic initiatives forward. Key Accountabilities: Monitor and Analyse Trends: Stay ahead by proactively monitoring, collating, and summarising external news, political, and industrial agendas. Use these insights to support stakeholder campaign development, issues management and identify potential partnership opportunities to amplify NWF's campaigns. Event Coordination: Assist with the setup and implementation of both owned and third-party engagement events, including digital events. Support the team in liaising with organisers, and attendees form across NWF. Track and Report: Track, record, and report on communication and stakeholder engagement activities via a monthly dashboard, including recording stakeholder engagement activity via a bespoke platform. Support the creation of Communications: Support the wider Stakeholder team to create and distribute timely and relevant communications for internal and external stakeholder groups, aligning with the stakeholder and internal communications plan. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Understanding of the fundamentals of stakeholder mapping Experience in a stakeholder engagement role or relations team within a complex, high-profile environment. Experience in working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, with a desire for building strong, lasting relationships. Experience of working within a broader communications team, integrating campaigns for media, stakeholders, and internal audiences Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise reports from complex information Experience of delivering events from concept to delivery and tracking and measuring their success.
