Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading engineering supplier.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be responsible for planning and scheduling the Service Engineers' work, providing service support on various pump products, and liaising with customers plus the engineering team. Full product training is provided.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role in engineering.

£30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
2. Contact customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
3. Assist in generating quotes for Pumps service repairs/maintenance agreements.
4. Raise PO's and Invoicing.
5. Responsible for chasing spare parts orders, approving supplier invoices, and booking goods in.
6. Manage on-call rotas and coordinate annual leave for the Engineering team.
7. Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
1. Good IT skills and experience in Excel & Outlook.
2. Experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or customer service role in an engineering environment.
3. The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
4. Proven experience as a Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator / Service & Sales Coordinator / Technical Engineer / Sales Administrator / Inventory Controller or similar.
5. Experience using Oracle, simPRO, SAP, or similar systems would be advantageous.
6. Must be commutable to the office in Camberley.
