Amegreen Education, encompasses our Alternative Learning Farm provisions situated across rural West Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Across our network of Alternative learning provisions, Therapy Centre and Children’s homes, our dedicated and experienced school staff work in collaboration with specialist teams of professionals to enable every young person to explore and develop their own unique talents. The role: Have proven experience in teaching Design and Technology in a secondary SEN school. Successfully deliver the teaching and learning of D&T at KS4 Driven to raise standards, progress, and attainment, with an excellent understanding of assessment for learning. Have high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement, as well as the ability to communicate this to others and demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills. Support the development of a curriculum through their own subject knowledge, passion for teaching and relentless drive for securing the best academic achievements for our children. Be a highly motivated individual with a commitment to providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities for our SEN children.
