Key Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality switchboards and control panels
* Assemble components accurately according to wiring diagrams and schematics
* Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards in all work
* Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines
* Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues efficiently
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in component assembly and interpreting wiring diagrams
* Strong attention to detail and precision in your work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical assembly or a related field are preferred
What We Offer:
1. Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £17 (with overtime, potential earnings of £40-45k!)
