As Marketing Associate VIE in our Marketing team you will support the team in Ireland to continue to build on currently reimbursed indications and support the launch of new indications. You will be accountable for engaging both the UK based Dupixent cross functional team and Irish team to support activities to maximise opportunities for the brand in line with the global brand plan and customer and patient needs. Please note the locations of this role are the following: 12 months UK 12 months Ireland Main responsibilities: Support the Irish Dupixent team and engage the cross functional team ensuring execution of the launch milestones (Firstly in Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and then with other indications) ensuring a full inclusion of the cross functional team. Support the tracking of activities to ensure fast brand awareness, adoption, and advocacy in the appropriate Dupixent patient. Collaboration with both Field and HO (Head Office) teams to deliver on Customer Engagement vision in Ireland. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to budget, and delivered to the agreed KPIs (key performance indicators). Proactively proposes remedial plans in the event of sub-expectation KPIs. Accountable for identifying & leveraging best practice from the wider Sanofi organisation and for pro-actively sharing learning with the IE team including account management / planning and external provide support. Supports the full Dupixent cross-functional team in the development and delivery of the IE part of the UKIE Brand Plan: Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Corporate Affairs. Ensure translation of the brand plan to an operational tactical plan in high quality on time within budget. Supports the transformation of omnichannel capability within the IE (Ireland) Franchise to deliver Sanofi’s ambition of being industry leading. Models the utilisation of agile ways of working to delivery continuous improvement of field-orchestration. Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (including the Industry Code of Practice, Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements); and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken. About you Experience : Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in a marketing role. Soft and Technical skills: You are already proven to lead the delivery of business results and contribute to an engaged, diverse, and inclusive culture across a complex team of stakeholders. You have experience in managing and completing projects. You have some experience at Brand planning, forecasting and budget execution. You are an innovator, you can think outside the box, translate an idea into impactful action. You have an agile mindset and method of Leadership to support continuous improvement. You have an ability to communicate in a way that engages and inspires others at all levels of the organisation. You are skilled at networking and influencing across complex internal and external stakeholder networks. You are a highly resilient individual – able to lead brilliantly with and without authority in fast-paced, high-pressure environments whilst balancing your own well-being. Education : Master’s degree in science, business, marketing or related. Languages : Fluent in English (written and verbal).
