Are you a passionate and patient focused Paediatric Nurse, with experience or a keen interest in Enteral Nutrition?
We are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Nurse advisor who has the ability to work autonomously within the community and hospital setting supporting our patients and working in partnership with our NHS colleagues.
Come and join our expanding enteral nursing service within Fresenius Kabi:
1. This role will be full-time, 35 hours per week, working 35 hours across 4 days Monday Friday
2. The role is field based across Somerset
3. The starting salary for this position is £36,584, plus an annual bonus of £1,126 and a company car/allowance
4. Full training and a developmental programme are available with support from our accredited nurse educators

Main duties of the job
If this is the role for you, your responsibilities will include:
5. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to aid the facilitation of a safe discharge and ongoing care of our enterally fed patients
6. Directly liaising with Dietitians and Nutritional teams to manage the care and nutritional support of our patients within the community
7. Responsible for the training of our enterally fed patients, families and carers
8. Managing a patient caseload, providing ongoing support in the community for patients, carers and healthcare professionals
9. Regular patient visits may include the care of Naso gastric tubes, gastrostomy tubes, pumps and advice
10. Working within the NMC Code of Conduct and professional practice

Qualifications
Essential
17. Qualifications and requirements:
18. Paediatric Registered Nurse with a current and valid NMC registration
19. A minimum of 1year post-registration clinical experience
20. Driving licence
21. Ability to work in a one-to-one patient environment and conduct interactions with confidence and professionalism
22. Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
23. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
