We are an established and rapidly growing recruitment agency, specialising in educational placements. With a thriving desk already brimming with both temporary and long-term bookings from schools, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an already successful desk and further build on its success. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360 sales cycle – from lead generation and business development to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of an existing, growing desk with active bookings.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish.
* Build and maintain relationships with both clients (schools) and candidates.
* Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand their recruitment needs.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to match school requirements.
* Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring growth for both new and existing business.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of the education sector and recruitment best practices.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in recruitment (education sector preferred, but not essential).
* Ability to manage a fast-paced, full 360 recruitment process.
* Strong sales and business development skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
* Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A full, clean driving license (for client visits).
