Compliance Administrator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Warwick / Remote
Summary:
My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with a chance of extensions.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Receive and process health and safety related incidents via phone and email from internal customers.
2. Record incidents in the Incident Management database in line with INV1 and HSE requirements.
3. Engage with the caller to ensure accurate interpretation, transcription, and input of incident details into databases.
4. Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business' Health and Safety obligations.
5. Follow the correct course of action to ensure our customers are safe while maintaining excellent customer service levels.
6. Demonstrate logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
7. Work in a high-pressure environment with high volumes of incoming calls.
8. Exhibit data input skills with speed and accuracy.
9. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to establish and maintain successful relationships with internal parties.
10. Support in training the wider business.
