Your new Office Manager Role:
You'll be the heart of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From welcoming clients to supporting the team, your organisational skills and can-do attitude will be key.
Your Key Responsibilities in your new role:
* Be the friendly face of the company, handling calls, emails, and client greetings.
* Manage daily tasks like quotes, appointments, and record-keeping.
* Support the team with meeting coordination, expense tracking, and admin help.
* Keep the office running smoothly – order supplies, manage contractors, and create a great workspace.
* Help build a strong team through onboarding and team-building activities.

* Proven Office Manager experience, ideally in construction or trades
* A knack for training and supporting team members
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Experience managing a small team

About the Company:
A growing company providing top-notch structural repair solutions. They're dedicated to exceptional service and need you to keep things running smoothly.
Role Details:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm (finish at 4:30 pm on Fridays)
* Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per year
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
