We aim to achieve this purpose through improving colleague tools, creating tools to allow customers to better handle their day-to-day finances, and by simplifying the Customer Financial Assistance (CFA) systems through an increased focus on Automation, DevOps, Cloud technologies and Rationalisation What you’ll do Accountable for the design, build and implementation of Front and Back end changes with a focus on operational stability, robustness, resilience and quality. Ensuring this is in collaboration with Architecture and Engineering principles. Provide Domain Expert input into systems development, integrations and architecture. Provide technical leadership and guidance, including coaching and mentoring of the team. Contribute to the success of the wider Engineering Community by following industry standards, improving work quality through peer reviews, and sharing your knowledge to foster growth. Build partnerships and work cross-functionally with others to meet shared objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration where people can express themselves honestly. Implement data quality checks, data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality data in ETL processes. What you’ll need Front-End Technologies Skilled at using your programming skills to enhance the Debt Manager application for Retail customers, including workflows, front-end user functionality and user role entitlements. Able to apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Debt Manager Platform, ensuring system integrity and performance. Write and modify code to adjust application settings, create custom fields, and enhance user interfaces, improving functionality and user experience. ETL Development and Data Transformations: Proficient in using ETL tools such as Pentaho Data Integration for designing, testing and deploying data transformation workflows. Skilled at extracting, transforming and loading data across various source ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data pipelines. Experience in SQL Server for database administration, SQL statements, complex stored procedures, dynamic SQL queries, functions, scripts and using SQL to query, analyse and manipulate data.
