Quality Manager Cumbria Nuclear Sector SC clearance must be obtained 12 month duration - Inside IR35 About the Role Were seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead and manage quality arrangements across all site activities, including installation, commissioning, and operations. Youll play a key role in ensuring compliance with standards, addressing risks, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. This is a unique opportunity to shape quality practices in a dynamic and regulated industry while driving continuous improvement across projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee site-specific quality arrangements. Conduct and manage internal and external audits, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Address and resolve site quality issues and non-conformances. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and records. Oversee supplier quality, including assessments and approvals. What Were Looking For Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in quality management within Nuclear or regulated industries. Expertise in ISO 9001 and related regulations. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent leadership and communication skills. HNC or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering). Auditor training is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Focus on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
