Recruitment Specialist: Logistics and Warehousing
W Talent, part of W Executive, is a forward-thinking recruitment agency, dedicated to placing top talent across the UK. Due to business success, we are now looking to hire a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Business Manager to drive our Logistics and Warehouse division, based in the City Centre, Sheffield office.
About the Role
As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent across the Yorkshire Markets, specializing in logistics and warehousing roles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-demand sector, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while contributing to the growth of the W Talent business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and screening logistics and warehousing professionals to match client requirements.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and offering a tailored solution.
3. Writing compelling job adverts and reviewing CVs to ensure the best fit for both client and candidate.
4. Conducting interviews and managing the 360-recruitment process from start to finish.
5. Proactively engaging with new clients and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
6. Maintaining and updating candidate databases with accurate information.

1. Previous recruitment experience working within the logistics, warehousing, or a similar related sector.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
3. A self-motivated, results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Confidence in building relationships with clients and candidates.
