As Finance Manager Capital, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the South West region, including: Supporting the team to have robust processes in place to track and monitor all capital funding sources for accurate month end and year end monitoring and reporting of capital. Day to day management of the capital programme, including capital allocations, general ledger management and adjustments, coding structures and other related capital processes, systems and procedures. Production of monthly capital performance management information and critical analysis of trends, variances and associated risks, thus enabling strategic decisions to be made. Provide advice and support on capital processes, systems and procedures. Support building effective relationships across key stakeholders such as providers, commissioners, systems and regional and national teams including Capital and Cash and Strategic Estates. Assist in the development and operation of processes, systems and procedures to enable the region to effectively manage capital investment.
