Compass Go Mental Health Support Teams (MHST’s) ensure Children and Young People (CYP) access the right help, at the right time, in the right setting, MHST’s will remove duplication and avoid CYP/families being ‘bounced’ in between services. About You We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who thrives in a busy office or customer service environment. Your ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines will be key to ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery. You’ll bring a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism to your role, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential information. Adhering to data protection legislation is essential, as is maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times. With a natural flair for organisation, you’ll be proficient in administration and IT, particularly in using Microsoft Office to support a variety of tasks. An interest in social media platforms will also be valuable as you contribute to our communication efforts ensuring that we send a positive message, share news and promote the work of the organisation and our teams.
