About the role
This is a newly created role within the management team of the RAFAKidz nursery group. With a further four new nurseries in the immediate pipeline, we need an experienced and influential HR professional to join us on our growth journey. Our HR Business Partner will provide proactive and forward-thinking support to the team through effective influencing with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities to improve people capability and performance. Along with providing specialist coaching, support and advice that enables our senior management to effectively deliver their people and business plans, you will directly line manage our RAFAKidz HR Officer. Supported by the wider RAF Association team, you can expect to be hands-on with analysis, planning and engagement initiatives to support high levels of engagement and retention.
About You
CIPD Level 5 (minimum) qualified, you will bring diverse experience across the HR spectrum, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and people development. Our ideal candidate will also possess substantial HR experience, proven expertise in change management, excellent communication skills, a record of accomplishment of ownership and successful initiatives, and the ability to analyse and make impactful recommendations. Up to date knowledge of TUPE is integral to the role along with substantial experience of complex employee relations cases with the ability to identify business risks before providing recommendations. As this is a new role, we need you to be excited about the challenges and have the desire to adapt and drive changes. Occasional travel will be required however a hire car can be provided.
