Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for a variety of projects.
Undertake value engineering and cost control to ensure projects remain on budget.
Liaise with senior clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Program and schedule projects to coordinate timelines and resources.
Manage risk and issue resolution in a timely manner to avoid cost overruns.
Provide regular cost reports and analysis to the senior management team.
Ensure projects comply with all legal, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.Key Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or rail industry
Strong understanding of construction costs, contracts, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Quantity Surveying software and MS Office Suite.Why Join?
