They are recruiting a Head of Digital to plan and deliver their digital strategy, drive customer acquisition and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The Role
As Head of Digital, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the medium to long term digital strategy. Reporting in to the board, you’ll deliver a comprehensive strategy that enhances online presence, optimises user experience, and increases digital engagement. This is a pivotal role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development: Design and implement a forward-thinking digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including agencies.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure digital platforms provide intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences.
4. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to track performance, inform decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
5. Technology Management: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and scalability.
6. Compliance: Ensure all digital activities comply with regulatory standards and best practices within the financial services sector.
About You
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation and a proven track record of leading digital transformation in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in digital marketing, technology, and customer experience will be instrumental.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Extensive experience in digital leadership roles, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and CRM.
3. Experience of managing significant budgets.
4. Ability to lead and develop teams.
5. Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills, specifically reporting into the board / C-Suite.
6. Credible leader with a passion for growth.
The role is predominantly office based in south Manchester.
