Role Overview:
Our client, an International Removals Company, is seeking an experiencedSales & Move Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team based in Kent. This role is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth within a progressive organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to manage customer enquiries, coordinate moves, and act as the central link between clients, sales, operations, and third-party partners.
You will oversee the entire move process, coordinating with crews, hauliers, and external partners. Your role will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling quotes, price negotiations, bookings, and move planning.
Other duties include:
* Work closely with operational teams to resolve challenges proactively.
* Provide customers with regular updates and promptly address concerns, handling customer complaints and guiding them through the claims process.
* Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
* Schedule surveys and manage the surveyor’s diary.
* Address customer concerns, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and identify opportunities for upselling.
* Negotiate rates with shipping companies and third-party suppliers when required.
* Ensure compliance with BAR and FIDI/FAIM quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records and data entry in Moveware.
* Perform additional duties as required, including project work and cover for colleagues.
Skills and experience required:
* Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CRM or move management systems (e.g., Moveware preferred).
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach.
