As a Project / Operations Coordinator, you’ll be integral in overseeing the planning, logistics, and coordination of multiple projects at any one time. You’ll liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates on projects, scheduling technical visits, and ensuring customers have all of the necessary documentation and site requirements.
What You’ll Need:
* The ability to stay positive under pressure, adapting to changing project needs or customer demands.
* Attention to detail, methodical, detail-oriented, and organized.
* A good understanding of Microsoft programs and the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Information:
* A basic salary of up to 32k depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday (9am-5pm or 8:30am-4:30pm).
* Full-time / Permanent.
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
* Office-based, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Operations Administrator, Operations Coordinator role would be a distinct advantage.
